IPM welcomes Tomas Korman to its team, to provide in-house legal counsel services in support of IPM’s fund management and advisory services.
Tomas join IPM from international law firm, Taylor Wessing, where he spent more than three years working predominantly on M&A transactions, Corporate Law, Commercial Agreements and Compliance and Corporate Crime in the Central & Eastern European region.
