Between the 24-26th October 2019, our Managing Partner and an experienced entrepreneur, Adrian Vycital participated at the FutureNow Bootcamp in X-Bionic Sphere in Samorin, where he took the opportunity to act as a mentor to the top 25 selected start-ups in this year FutureNow Award competition.

FutureNow is a non-profit event platform gathering innovative thinkers, startups, tech enthusiasts and wider audience in Central Europe, with a mission to create inclusive innovation ecosystem across the region and thus inspire people of all ages to become entrepreneurs. Through its events it builds an environment where techies, innovators, academia, corporate or students interact in and form new unexpected connections. During the FutureNow Bootcamp, selected 25 startups had the possibility to present their projects and get professional feedback and assistance from experienced mentors sharing their knowledge. This process led to a selection of top 6 finalists, who will have to persuade an international jury that they are the ones who should earn the 20K prize for their start up in November 2019.

Many of them have great ideas for products or services, but not everyone is ready to present it to the jury or the investors” said Adrian, IPM’s Managing Partner in an interview during the Bootcamp, further disclosing his role as a mentor. In IPM Group, we search for innovative and disruptive technologies of the future which have the ability to bring positive impact to the society. We also believe that cooperation and knowledge sharing is crucial – our goal is to foster the growth of innovation ecosystem, creating a sustainable future for the next generations. Thus, it was a pleasure for us to help support perspective entrepreneurs from the CEE region with their innovative ideas and we cannot wait to see their projects turning into practice.
