Key attributes we would look for:
1. Experience with providing IT support;
2. Basic numerical, analytical and critical thinking skills;
3. Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn;
4. Communication skills (SVK/ENG), verbal and written;
Provide support to users:
– assistance to computer system users (hardware, such as desktop computers, printers, scanners or handheld devices or/and software programs)
– writing documentation and instructions necessary to assure smooth functioning and/or implementation of new IT tools.
Maintain and Upgrade Systems:
– keeping current systems updated and running smoothly.
– upgrading the system and its components when the need arises.
– conduct research and provide cost analysis data when upgrading or purchasing new hardware, software or equipment
– maintaining, backing up and securing databases, as well as restoring files as needed.
