Office Manager

Remuneration: 1350€/month

Key attributes we look for:
• Exceptional administrative skills;
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Slovak;
• Detail oriented with fantastic organizational ability;
• Naturally curious, entrepreneurial, dynamic and able to learn new concepts quickly;
• Basic computer skills and excellent time management.

Responsibilities:
• organising meetings and managing databases, calendar (Zoom, Teams, F2F meetings..)
• occasionally booking transport and accommodation
• organising company events and/or conferences
• ordering stationery
• dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
• assisting to HR department with onboarding of the new employees
