About Dunkerque LNG Terminal

IPM, in partnership with Samsung Asset Management Co. Ltd. representing a consortium of Korean investors, acquired a 39.24% stake in Dunkerque LNG SAS, the owner of the liquified natural gas (LNG) terminal in northern France from EDF and Total. Dunkerque LNG terminal is among the largest European terminals for the import of liquified natural gas and is connected directly to the gas networks of France and Belgium, capable of satisfying 20% of the total gas demands of those markets.
IPM’s team actively promotes the objectives of the investment and the terminal’s strategy through its supervisory board representation and roles within the terminal’s governance committees.
