Brigita Farkasova

Brigi is responsible for working directly with IPM’s senior leadership to develop and direct the HR agenda whilst overseeing that it closely supports the organization’s goals and values. She works closely with the Chief People Officer to empower leadership and incorporate any necessary people matters in the organization to drive business performance.

Prior to this, her area of expertise was Talent Acquisition and Development where she was responsible for finding, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill roles that are required to meet company goals and fill project requirements. She also provided support to subsidiary employees within the IPM Group in industries including education, technology, and healthcare. During this time, she also organized employee’s performance and satisfaction reviews and supervised role monitoring of management support staff.

At IPM Group, Brigi, was the first person on the HR team and was responsible for setting up all initial recruitment and onboarding processes which were fundamental in the company’s successful offtake.
Brigi holds an MA in Translation from the University of Matej Bel. Brigi is fluent in Hungarian, Slovak and English.
