Dominika Slesarova

Dominika joined IPM in October 2019 after successfully passing her bar exam. As IPM’s legal counsel, she is responsible for the preparation of M&A transaction documents, opinions and analyses as well as other legal documents.

Prior to joining IPM, Dominika gained over five years of experience working for a couple of reputable Slovak law firms. As a Junior Associate at Havrilla & Co. and DT Legal, Dominika was mainly dealing with the issues in the area of corporate law, labor law and civil law. Furthermore, Dominika regularly publishes her legal articles and contributions at the Slovak and international platforms, including EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association) or Law Europe International.

Dominika obtained her master’s degree in law at the University in Trnava, Slovakia where she also passed a rigorous exam and was awarded by the academic degree Doctor of Juridical Science (JUDr.). In 2019, Dominika passed her bar exam at the Slovak Bar Association.

Dominika is fluent in English and Slovak.
