Marian is Chief of Staff at IMP Group.
He has more than 12 years in building, defining strategy and leading public and social impact sector organisations and has ambition to help build businesses with potential to deliver sustainable future.
In 2015 he co-founded and served as National Director of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Slovakia, which after 7 years became one of the biggest education programs in Slovakia. Before 2014, he co-founded several programs aimed at developing talented high school students in the non-profit organization LEAF and implemented the initiative for greater transparency at the Slovak Ministry of Education as an assistant and adviser to the Minister. In addition to working at IPM he is helping Slovak Debate Association as a Board member.
Marian was selected for the Marshall Memorial Fellowship at the German Marshall Fund or the Aspen Young Leaders Program. He studied Political Science and International Relations at Charles University and gained further experience at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, the University of California, Berkeley and INSEAD.
